     Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
4 cups of diced scallions
2 cups fresh ginger
1 cup chopped fresh garlic
4 cups soy sauce
4 cups rice vinegar
3 cups salad oil
 

Instructions
-Heat all ingredients while stirring frequently. - when simmering, whisk in 4 cups of peanut butter. -Simmer until smooth consistency is achieved. - reheat to order in microwave for 30 seconds; make sure it does not touch sides. -make sure you stir sauce well.
