     Refried Black Bean and Cheddar Dip

Ingredients
Puree 10 cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 large diced red peppers
1/3 cup minced garlic
1/3 cup minced shallots
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 bunch chopped scallions
5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 
2 Tbs of toasted cumin
1 Tbs chili powder

Instructions
-In a large pan, saute red peppers, minced garlic, and minced shallots. -deglaze pan with 3/4 lime juice - in a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
Serving Suggestions
Serve dip warm with tortilla chips
