     Sun-dried Tomato and Cheddar Dip

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb cream cheese
5 cups sour cream
2 bunches of scallions
5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup garlic
about 60 sun-dried tomatoes
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
 

Instructions
In mixer, combine cream cheese and sour cream until one smooth texture. -combine all ingredients
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with tortilla chips or pita chips
