     Apple Pannekoeken

Ingredients
1/2 stick margarine, melted
3/4 Cup milk
3/4 Cup flour
3 eggs
21 oz can apple pie filling
Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
 

Instructions
Spray 8 X 8 inch cake pan with Pam. Melt margarine into pan. Mix milk, flour and eggs together until smooth. Pour into pan.
Spoon pie filling (you may not use the entire can) over batter. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon, if desired.
Bake at 400 deg for 30 minutes. For a 9 X 13 inch pan, double recipe.
Cinnamon, sugar, butter or syrup can be used for toppings.
