     Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Strips of leftover beef
Beef bullion cubes
Mushrooms
Onions
butter
paprika
Sour cream
Dry red wine
Egg noodles
 

Instructions
Brown beef strips in butter. Remove meat. Add onions & mushrooms. Cook in butter. Season with salt and pepper and paprika. Remove stuff from pan.
Add 4 cups of bullion broth to butter. When hot, thicken with flour. (Make very thick.)
Add meat, onions and mushroom to pan. Stir in sour cream and dry red wine.
Serve over egg noodles.
