     Sugar Coated Vanilla french Toast

Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
topping-
1 stick butter
 
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1 day ahead- butter 9x9 dish and place bread slices, standing up, in pan.
In large pitcher wisk eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and pour over bread slices. Cover tightly and refridgerate overnight.
Next morning- Melt butter in saucepan. Wisk in brown sugar and corn syrup. Pour over bread slices. Bake 45 minutes.
