1 gallon 90/10 oil
3 cups red wine vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tbs oregano
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
6 egg yolks
10 anchovies (optional)
 
15 cloves of garlic
6 cups grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- add ingredients until desired consistency is reached.
