Saute garlic in oil over med heat for 1 minute.
Sprinkle seasonings over shrimp. Turn heat up to med-high and add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink(about 3-4 minutes), stirring at least once. Squeeze lemon juice over all and take off heat.
Slather tarter sauce or mayo on split sides of roll and add sliced tomatoes and lettuce. Place cooked shrimp down the middle. You may want to cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
