     Miss American Thigh with Grape Jelly

Ingredients
1 c grape jelly
3/4 c ketchup
1/2 c minced onions
2 T white vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
3 lbs chicken thighs skin removed
 

Instructions
In a small sauce pan stir together sauce ingredients. Heat over med heat until mixture comes to a boil and jelly melts. arrange chicken pcs in a 9x13 pan that is lined with tinfoil or parchment. Pour sauce evenly over chicken and turn pcs to coat both sides. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 until chicken is tender.
I like a little hot sauce with tis but if serving to kids don't add any. I also make about 1/2 more sauce than what is called for as it is yummy to dip.
