     Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
5-6 tbl melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup pecan halves
3 tbl bourbon
1 9 inch pie crust
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, stir all but pecans together until well mixed. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway to center of pie comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate.
