Cut broccoli tops into small florets. Peel broccoli stems; cut julienne-style. Peel onion; cut julienne-style, lengthwise. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon and raisins in bowl; toss to mix. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and pepper in bowl; whisk to mix. Spoon over broccoli salad, tossing gently to mix. Chill, covered, in refrigerator for 2 hours or longer. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds just before serving.
