1 1/2 pounds of fresh Brussel Sprouts (not frozen)
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut off the ends of the Brussel Sprouts and pull of any yellow outer leaves.
Mix the Brussel Sprouts in a bowl with the Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp outside and tender inside.
Shake the pan from time to time to brown the Brussel Sprouts evenly. When they are done you can sprinkle them with more kosher salt before serving if you like them salty like french fries.
