Beat eggs, milk and vanilla together in a wide, flat bowl. Dunk bread into mixture. (make sure both sides are soaked.)
Heat pan to low/ medium low. (Griddle- 350 degrees) Add french toast and sprinkle it with cinnamon. Don't flip it until it bubbles in the middle then goes down again. It should be a golden brown color.
Serve with and spread or topping.
