     Orange Ginger Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c hoisin sauce
1/4 c marmalade
1 T rice vinegar
1 T cornstarch
1tsp sesame oil and gingerroot
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp five spice powder
1 lb pork tenderloin
 
3 c broccoli floretes
1 c each sliced red and yellow pepper
4 c hot cooked rice

Instructions
Whisk together chicken broth hoisin sauce marmalade vinegar cornstarch sesame oil gingerroot garlic and five spice powder. set aside
Cut pork crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices. Spray skilett with none stick spray and add pork. Cook and stir over high heat until no longer pink. Add broccoli and peppers. Reduce heat to med high and cook for 3 more min. stirring often. Add sauce and cook until bubbly and thickened. Use a good marmalade or the flavor will not be good. I like a little more sauce.
