     Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients
CAKE-
1 package Supreme Lemon Cake
1 package lemon or cream cheese instant pudding
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetble oil
GLAZE-
1/2 cup lemon or cream cheese frosting
 

Instructions
Prep-heat oven to 325 degrees. Flour or spray with baking spray your Bundt or tube pan. set aside.
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes then pour into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until the tookpick is inserted and pulled out clean.
or until toothpick inserted into center is clean. Remove cake from oven & cook in the pan approxiamately 15 minutes.
For Glaze, heat frosting in a small bowl in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, it will be thick for a while. Drizzle over cake and decorate with lemon slices.
