Heat chocolate with butter in a large pan over medium heat until just melted. While the chocolate is melting, prepare 2 sheets of waxed paper by spraying with cooking spray or sprinkling with powdered sugar, to prevent sticking later.

Once chocolate is melted and smooth, remove from heat. Let cool slightly, and add vanilla. Add marshmallows, stirring until they are evenly coated with chocolate.

Spoon mixture evenly onto the two sheets of waxed paper. Shape into logs by wrapping waxed paper around.
|
|
|
Refrigerate until hardened. Slice with a knife into 1/2 inch slices.
