2 cans low sodium chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

This is great over chicken or fish.
Place all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Boil until liquid is reduced by half. Take pan off heat and slowly add Wondra (about a half cup) while stirring with whisk. Place pan back on heat and bring to a boil. Boil for about 5 minutes.
Sauce thickener - you can buy it in the baking aisle at the supermarket - blue container.
