Saute onions in oil, add ground beef and partly cook. Add tomato sauce, sour cream and cream cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain cooked noodles and place in casserole, then add meat mixture. Mix weill with garlic salt. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
