Cut 2 (18 inch) aluminum foil and spread coconut on them. Divide mixture in half and place over coconut making a log. Wrap foil around mixture and refrigerate. Cut into slices when ready to serve. If you don't use coconut, make sure you grease the foil with butter!!!
