Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl separate the
yolk from the egg white. In a separate bowl mix
together the flour, Panko crumbs, paprika, and
cayenne pepper. Coat chicken strips in egg white,
then dip in flour mix. Re-coat chicken strips in
flour mix.
Coat baking sheet generously with olive oil spray.
Place chicken strips on baking sheet and lightly
coat with olive oil spray. Bake for 10 minutes or
until light golden brown.
Combine melted butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic
powder in a medium bowl. Pour over cooked chicken
strips.
