     Salmon Dip

Ingredients
8-ounces cream cheese
16-ounce can pink or red salmon
1/4 cup coarsely chopped onions
1/4 cup coarsely chopped celery
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon hickory smoked salt (optional)
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and of spreading consistency. Chill before serving. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with assorted crackers.
Serving Suggestions
You may use curry powder instead of hickory salt.
