     Pioneer Woman Lasagna

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 pound breakfast sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (14.5 ounce) cans tomatoes
2 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cup cottage cheese
 
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound monzarella cheese
10 ounce pkg lasagna noodles

Instructions
Cook ground beef, sausage, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 2 TBSP parsley, basil, and salt. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, 2 more TBSP parsley, and one more tsp salt. Stir together well. Set aside. Cook lasagna noodles. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon half of cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Spread evenly. Cover with layer of monzarella cheese. Spoon a little less than half meat mixture over the top. Repeat, ending with meat mixture. Sprinkle top with extra parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese of your choice.
