     Five Hour Oven Stew

1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Stew Meat
5 Medium potatoes cubed
2 cups Carrots in 1 inch chunks
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Chopped Celery
1 can Tomatoes
2 Tbs. Tapioca or Cornstarch
1 tbs Sugar
Dash Salt & Pepper
Bay Leaf
OK to add other veggies on hand

Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
