     Artichoke Balls

Ingredients
1 8-ounce jar marinated artichokes and liquid
3/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Crazy Jane's Mixed Up salt or
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using food processor, finely chop artichoke hearts with liquid, mushrooms, and garlic.
Transfer mixture to mixing bowl. Add cheese, 1 cup bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Form into small balls, using rounded teaspoon. Roll in remaining crumbs. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
