     Roasted Carrots with Rasl El Honout

Ingredients
4 lb baby carrots, cleaned, and split in half lengthwise
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp ras el hanout ( or cinnamon or nutmeg)
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp honey
 

Instructions
Toss carrots with olive oil, ras el honout and salt. Arrange, cut side down on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with honey.
Roast in a preheated 400 F oven for 30 minutes until carrots are browned and tender.
