1. Mix seasoned salt, thyme, sage, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture into both sides of each chop. Place chops in single layer in 9x113 inch baking dish and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Grill over medium high heat, 5 minutes on each side. Move to cooler part of grill and grill, turning occasionally, 20 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
Mediterranean Pork Tenderloin
Use 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin in place of pork chops. Marinate as directed. Grill over medium high heat 18 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. To serve, slice on the bias and serve hot.
Pan grilled Mediterranean Pork Chops
Prepare as directed, Heat grill pan over medium high heat until hot. Cook pork chops 5 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 20 minutes or until cooked through.
