1. Combine broccoli florets and crushed red pepper in microwave proof bowl. Add water, cover bowl with plastic and cook on HIGH 1 minute or until bright green. Toss broccoli with onion powder and garlic salt.
2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add broccoli mixture and cook, tossing, 5 minutes or until broccoli is slightly golden, but still crisp tender. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Variations
Garlicky Broccoli with Sesame seeds
Add 1/2 tea sesame seed with garlic salt and onion powder.
Broccoli Supreme
Substitute 2 tea Salad Supreme Seasoning for Crushed red pepper, onion powder and garlic salt.
