     HOMEMADE PIZZA CRUST

Ingredients
1 pack 1/4 oz active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cup flour`
 
Instructions
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. stand 5 minutes add oil and salt stir in flour a cup at a time till dough is formed
turn onto floured surface knead 2 to 3 minutes place in a greased bowl cover let rise dill doubled about 45 minutes
Punch down dough divide in half press into 12 inch pizza round
