     Mom’s Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1lb Lean Ground Beef (or Buffalo)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. Ketchup
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 (1lb) cans pork’n’beans in tomato sauce
1 (1lb) can Kidney beans
 

Instructions
Brown meat in large skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heat thoroughly. Pour into a 3qt casserole. Bake in a 400F oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot in center. Makes 8-10 servings. Recipe can be doubled to good effect.
