     Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
1 c. frozen hash browns
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. processed American cheese, cubed
Shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Croutons, bread crumbs, or crushed potato chips
 

Instructions
Combine soup, milk, eggs and cubed cheese. Mix with hash browns and sausage. Put mixture in flat 7 x 10 inch casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Make night before, and bake in morning.
