     Clam Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
3-4 sundried tomatoes in olive oil, sliced
3-5 basil leaves, clipped in slivers
13 cup white wine
1 small can chopped clams
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Saute mushrooms in olive oil, add tomatoes, basil leaves, wine, clams with juice and red pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over pasta
