     Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients
4 T. Butter
3/4 C. chopped onion
3 large cans deviled ham
1 t. minced garlic
5 T. flour
1/2 C. beef broth
1 T. parsley flakes
1 qt. sauerkraut - washed, drained, and chopped
 

Instructions
Combine above ingredients, and cook in a sauce pan or skillet until stiff. Refrigerate over night. Next day, form balls, roll in flour, then into egg mixed with a little water. The roll into bread crumbs and deep fry.
Serving Suggestions
time consuming but yummy!
