     Aunt Mickey's Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup milk, scalded
2 sticks butter
1/2 granulated sugar
4 cups sifted flour
1 cake, or envelope yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 t. salt
 

Instructions
Scald milk, add butter, sugar, and salt. Cool mixture until lukewarm, and add crumbled yeast. Add beaten eggs. Mix. Add flour slowly until fully incorporated into dough. Refrigerate dough over night. Roll out dough into desired shapes, and place on cookie sheets. Let rise 2 hours. Bake for 10 mins. at 400 degrees.
Serving Suggestions
with butter! Dough can also be used for kuchen and cinnamon rolls.
