Crush oats in food processor or blender, to make a flour. Combine with flour, pecans, brown sugar & salt in large bowl. Mix well. Add water & oil & blend thoroughly. Divide dough into 3 balls. Place each on a 16 x 12 baking sheet & roll to the edge (the dough can be rolled more easily & baked on the back side of the sheet). Sprinkle dough lightly with sesame seeds. (I leave off). With pizza or pastry cutter, cut through dough to form little squares. Bake at 325 for 30- 35 minutes or until golden. Remove carefully with spatula. Store in airtight container for up to one month. (Won't last that long). Shirley, my daughter, really likes these crackers.
