     Baba ganoush (eggplant dip)

Ingredients
2 Eggplants (aubergine)
2 Garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of seasalt
Cilantro (coriander)
Cumin
Sesame seeds (boosted)
Olive oil
 

Instructions
Grill the eggplant until soft, peel them and put the flesh in a food processor with all the ingredients but the olive oil and boost. Add the amount of olive oil to make saucy.
