Ingredients
300 grams of vegetables, finely cut
1/2 theaspoon of baking powder
375 grams self raising flower
165 ml sunflower oil
250 ml milk
2 eggs
50 grams of sugar
15 grams salt
200 grams of sun dried tomatoes
 
200 grams of mixed nuts, chopped
200 grams of Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
Sif the flower and baking powder togheter. Mix milk, oil, eggs, sugar, salt and add to the flower. Mix.
Divide the mix into three and add nuts to one part, sun dried tomato's to the other and the Parmesan cheese to the third.
Bake in a muffin pan at 200 C for 25 minutes
