2 large cans tomato sauce

1 large can tomato puree
|

1 large can diced tomatoes
|

2 tbsp tomato paste
|

3 tsp olive oil
|
|
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
|

1/4-1/2 cup onions, minced
|
|
ground basil to taste
|
|
black pepper to taste
|
|
|
|
garlic powder to taste
|
|
oregano to taste
|
|
salt to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute garlic and onions until tender.

Add tomato sauce, puree, paste, and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
|
|
|
Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to slow boil then turn to low. Simmer for at least 3 hours. Add more spices as needed.
