Stir together flour and salt. Cream butter; beat in sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to
creamed mixture, part at a time. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll into 2 inch long cylinders.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 12 to 15 minutes at 325F. Cool. Dip each cookie into
melted chocolate.
