     Crock Pot Mexican Hot Dish

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn
1 egg
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup shredded Mexican blend chese
 

Instructions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Brown hamburger and place in slow cooker. In bowl combine cornmeal, milk, and egg and stir over hamburger. Add tomatoes, corn, and seasoning; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours. Sprinkle with cheese 5 minutes before serving; recover to melt.
