1 bag country style (chunked) hash browns 1 small carton sour cream 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese 1 can cream chicken soup Partially thaw hash browns. Mix all remaining ingredients. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish & fill with mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. . If you like you can chop a small onion & mix it in & if you like ydu can put more cheese over the top. (It is really good all ways.) This is our potato dish we have for holidays now. The kids like it better than any other. My cousin Sharon gave us this recipe.
