     MACARONI & CHEESE

Ingredients
1 pkg elbow macaroni, cooked
1/4 c butter or margarine
1/4 c flour (plain)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c milk
1 c Velveeta, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in pan, remove from heat & add flour, salt, pepper, stir until smooth. Stir in milk. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat & simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add all cheese except 1/2 c cheddar & macaroni. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish, cover with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted & golden brown. Bobby will eat all this by himself if you let him. Mom always made double recipe for this reason. And so do I. Mom's recipe.
