1. Add the yogurt in a mixing bowl and turn it well.
2. Add water to required thickness. The yogurt needs to still remain thick to serve, not to be poured.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. The salt-sugar ratio is usually 2-1
|
|
|
5. Top up with red chilli powder and corriander for a more aesthetic appeal.
