     Rice Kheer

Ingredients
1 cup Basmati rice (soaked and boiled)
1/2 litre milk
200g condensed milk (250g if milk is semi-skimmed)
2-3 tablespoons sugar
5 pieces cardamoms (cleaned and crushed)
Few strands saffron (soaked in milk)
 

Instructions
1. Boil the milk along with the condensed milk and sugar.
2. Add the rice and boil down the milk to the required consistency.
3. Add the crushed cardamoms and boil for 5 minutes. Add the saffron milk and reduce flame. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot or cooled in the fridge.
