Heat your oven to 375 degrees. Remove all the wrappers from your Kisses. In a large mixer bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until it is well blended. Add sugars , beat until fluffy. Then add the egg, milk, and vanilla, beat well. In a separate bowl stir the flour baking soda and salt, then gradually add it to the peanut butter mixture. Next, shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll them in granulated sugar and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake them for 10-12 min or until they are lightly browned. Immediately place the Hershey Kisses on top of each cookie as they come out of the oven pressing down lightly.
