     CINNAMON CRUNCH COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients
1 loaf ( 1 lb) Frozen white or sweet roll dough
1/4 c butter, softened
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c chopped walnut/pecans
cinnamon
 

Instructions
Thaw dough. Shape into ball & flatten to fit into 9 or 10 inch round pan. Grease & flour pan. Let rise in warm place until almost doubled, about 1 hour. Before baking, with thumb or finger punch holes deep into the dough. Combine sugar, butter, flour & vanilla. Fill each hole with mixture. Continue to punch holes in dough & fill until all batter mixture is used. Sprinkle top with nuts & cinnamon. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or golden brown or loaf sounds hollow. Remove from pan immediately, serve warm.
