     Southwest Tuna with black beans

Ingredients
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbs lime juice
1 medium tomato chopped (3/4 cup)
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans white tuna in water, rinsed and drained
 

Instructions
1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, chili, and garlic in oil about 2 minutes stirring constantly until onion is softened. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring until hot.
