Ingredients
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, softened
2 Tbsp sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2- 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c. 10X sugar
2 c. coolwhip
3 pkg instant lemon pudding
4 c. milk
 
more coolwhip and chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend flour, butter, and sugar with pastry blender then stir in walnuts. Using a fork, press dough into bottom of lasagne pan (slightly larger than a 9X13 pan, I use glass). Bake for 12-16 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool.
Blend cream cheese and 10X sugar with a hand mixer, then blend in cool whip. Spread onto cooled crust.
Mix pudding and milk with hand mixer. Spread onto cream cheese layer. Top entire dessert with more cool whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
I have also substituted toasted coconut for the walnuts in crust and garnish and used coconut custard in place of the lemon pudding. I believe chocolate would be good in this as well, but I haven't actually tried that combination.
