Cream sugar, oleo, Crisco, egg yolks. Add flour, soda, buttermilk, coconut, pecans & vanilla. Beat egg whites & fold into batter. Pour in three pans for layer cake. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.
ICING
8 oz cream cheese I stick oleo 16 oz (1, l lb box) powdered sugar I tsp vanilla 1-2 tsp milk Coconut Cream the cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar, vanilla & milk. Put on cake & sprinkle coconut on top. From my church friend, Shirley. She had it for a class meeting.
