COCONUT FILLING
1 pkg marshmallows (large bag-do NOT use Jet marshmallows), 14 oz coconut, Y2 c milk, 1 c sugar. Mix & heat until marshmallows are melted, add coconut, spread between layers.

ICING
2 c sugar, 1/4 c cocoa, 1/4 c Karo light syrup, 1 stick margarine, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c milk. Mix & heat until dissolved -cook hard for 3 minutes -leave this set for at least 15 minutes before you start beating it with a mixer. If not stiff enough -add a little powdered sugar to make it as stiff as desired. So, so, good! -Lori
