     Creamy Dijon Romano Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated romano cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or 1 teaspoon lime juice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
 

Instructions
1. Whirl all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. 2. Use as a dip or salad dressing.
I am adding chives and some fresh sheep milk cheese to try to recreate a great dressing from the Heathman Hotel.
